| It was during a nice sunny spring day when I started doing this. I
spent half a day building a crane which I can put over my telescope hut,
using the rails for the roof. The crane can be seen on the ground still
to the left.

|
I pushed the crane on top of the hut on long wodden logs.

|
Horray! The crane is ready to be used.

|
| This picture shows the wooden support structures for the counterweight
axis and the telescope. This lets me remove the counterweights.

|
The telescope is hanging without support at the crane. A scary moment
- but it holds! |
The Cassegrain ready to be rolled away. |
The declination block is being removed. |
 |
And the final feat - taking the polar block off the pier. The mount
went into the car, the scope sits in my barn now. Now we'll wait and see... |
