The Koschny Observatory - Building the hut day 05

5th day: 29 Aug 2004: The outside walls are there.

Desmond Ratford offered to help with the hut. We actually spent 1 hour on Saturday, about 5 hours on Sunday, 29 Aug, to continue putting up the walls. Here are some pictures. In the end we managed to put up all walls on the "main building", i.e. the left forward, left left, left backward wall. The trick is to temporarily fix the walls with temporary diagonals, as can be seen in the "view from the bottom".

The third wall is standing. The diagonals are important for stiffening the structure.
